While some of the IT operations documents predate contemporary approaches and standards, such as the ITIL, the material is consistent with the basic concepts and can be refactored to conform with moderate effort. The documents are in Adobe PDF format and have been
locked to allow reading only. The documents cannot be printed or text
selected to paste into another document. You will need Adobe Acrobat
Reader to access and view the documents on this site. Documents have Table
of Contents page links, some of the documents also contain an Index.
Documents are formatted in double-sided left and right pages to reduce the
size of printed manuals. All manuals, once purchased, may be customized
for your systems.
If you are interested in a particular process area, such as issue management, software configuration management, or service level management, please contact
us. Chances are we have the artifact and can quickly make it available. When a document is purchased, the buyer may request to receive the document in Word format or Adobe PDF format (unlocked, of course). The file will be zipped and emailed to the buyer once payment has been received.
